Ans – Seibei lived in a harbor town . He was 12 years old .

Ans – Seibei used to like symmetrical gourd . He used to like fresh and well – shaped gourds .

Ans – Once Seibei’s father & his friend were talking about gourds . Seibel was at home . And during the conversation they said that Bakin Gourd was better , and it made a stir in the market this year . It made Seibel laugh because Seibei didn’t think so .

Ans – He used to wander about the town to find out the symmetrical and well – shaped gourd that he could experiment on .

Ans – Ethics / moral teacher caught Seibel polishing the gourd under his desk in the school . As a result the teacher got angry and confiscated the gourd from Seibel and gave it to the porter of school .

Ans – After the teacher caught Sebei polishing the gourd in the classroom he scolded and beat Seibei and went to complain to his parents . But unfortunately , his father was not at home . When his father came and listened to the complaint from his mother , he smashed the whole collection of seibei with his axe .

Ans – Seibei seems to be a creative guy . Even after his collection of gourds got smashed by his father he did not stop there . Now he has started painting pictures .
