If you are providing instruction to users as part of a course, you are deemed a "Tutor," and the following terms and conditions apply to you. By becoming a Tutor, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

Approval by Vidyakul

• Your participation as a Tutor is subject to Vidyakul’s approval, which may be granted or denied at the sole discretion of the company.
• You must complete the user registration process on Vidyakul.com to gain approval.

Responsibility for Submitted Content

• You are solely responsible for all content you submit.
• You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to authorize Vidyakul to distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, display, market, and otherwise use your content in connection with the services as outlined in the Instructor Agreement.
• Your submitted content must not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

Qualifications and Expertise

• You possess the required knowledge, qualifications, credentials, expertise, education, and training necessary to teach and deliver the services offered through Vidyakul’s platform.

Content Guidelines

• You agree not to post or share content that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or libelous.
• You will not upload, post, or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation.

Permissible Use of Products

• The platform is to be used strictly for providing tutoring, teaching, and instructional services to users of Vidyakul.
• You will not use the platform to promote or engage in unrelated business activities.

Compliance with Licensing and Royalties

Use of Company Content

• You will not copy, modify, or distribute Vidyakul’s proprietary content except as expressly permitted by the Instructor Agreement.

Professional Conduct

• You will not interfere with or prevent other Tutors from providing their services or courses.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment and account information on the platform.

By adhering to these obligations, you contribute to maintaining a professional, secure, and effective learning environment for all users on Vidyakul.

6. Special Obligations of Users Using the Website

As a User searching for or engaging with Instructors on Vidyakul, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following obligations:

Agreement to Pricing Terms

• You have read, understood, and agree to abide by the pricing details before using the website or enrolling in any course.

Parental Consent for Minors

• If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the website, contacting an Instructor, or registering for a course.

Prohibition on Unsolicited Content

• You will not upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation through the website or products.

Content Guidelines

• You will not post or share any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or libelous content on the platform.

Use of Company Content

• You will not distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use and exploit any company content, products, courses, or submitted content unless explicitly permitted by these terms or the respective Instructor.

• You will not disclose your personal information to an Instructor or any other user unless necessary and agreed upon.
• You assume full responsibility for managing how your personal information is shared and used, including taking the necessary steps to safeguard your data.

No Solicitation of Personal Information

• You will not solicit personal information from any Instructor or other users of the platform.

By adhering to these obligations, you help maintain a secure, respectful, and professional environment on Vidyakul for all participants.

7. Registration

To access certain Products on Vidyakul, you must register and create an account, which includes a username and password (collectively, your "Account"). By registering, you agree to the following terms:

License to Vidyakul

By submitting content, you grant Vidyakul a non-exclusive license to:

• Distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, offer, market, and use your Submitted Content on its platform.
• Sublicense this content to Instructors and Users for the same purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without Vidyakul’s express written consent:

• Distribute, reproduce, assign, rent, sell, broadcast, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Submitted or Company Content.
• Submitted and Company Content is licensed to you for use, not sold.

Recording and Marketing

• Vidyakul reserves the right to record Course-related communications (including voice chats) for quality control, marketing, promotion, and operation of its platform.
• You grant Vidyakul permission to use your name, likeness, image, and voice for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Vidyakul may use testimonials written by you for promotional activities but will remove them within 90 days of receiving a written removal request from the registered email associated with your account.

Compliance and Risks

• Vidyakul respects laws related to privacy, copyright, and defamation. Any violations will not be tolerated.
• Vidyakul does not screen Submitted Content for accuracy or authenticity. Use of all Submitted Content is at your own risk.
• The appearance or posting of Submitted Content does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of its suitability, legality, or accuracy.

You may terminate your use of the Website or Products at any time by either ceasing to access them or by contacting us at info@vidyakul.com. However, if you are an Instructor, users enrolled in your Courses prior to termination will continue to have access to them for the duration of the Course. We are under no obligation to retain any of your Account or Submitted Content beyond what may be required by applicable law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Website, Products, and Content. Any accrued rights to payment and all representations and warranties shall survive termination.

Intellectual Property

The Site, along with its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vidyakul and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Code of Conduct
